The TPS2378EVM-105 is an Evaluation Module for evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS2378, an IEEE 802.3at PoE high-power PD interface with AUX control. The board is designed to look like the front end of any power over Ethernet (PoE) PD module. An RJ-45 connector is provided to connect directly to an Ethernet cable with a power sourcing equipment (PSE) driving it on the other end. The board also accepts power applied using a stand-alone power supply.
