The MAX6381XR27D3+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a low voltage, low power microprocessor (µP) reset circuit in 3 pin SC-70 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5V while consuming only 3µA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. It has a push-pull active-low reset output. Typical application includes controllers, dual voltage systems, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (µP) and microcontroller (µC) power monitoring and battery powered equipment.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Reset threshold voltage is 2.56V (min), 2.63V (nom) and 2.69V (max)
- Reset threshold accuracy is ±2.5%
