The MSO2024B+DPO2EMBD from Tektronix is a MSO2000B series mixed signal oscilloscope and DPO2EMBD embedded serial triggering and analysis application module. The MSO2024B has 200MHz bandwidth, 4 analogue channels and 16 digital channels. It provides complete set of triggers including runt, logic, pulse width/glitch, setup/hold violation, serial packet and parallel data. It has up to 1Mpoint record length so user can capture events of interest, thousands of serial packets in a single acquisition for further analysis while maintaining high resolution to zoom in on fine signal details. It features automated serial and parallel bus analysis, FilterVu variable LPF and innovative Wave Inspector controls and provides feature-rich tools for user to simplify and speed debug of complex design. DPO2EMBD has automated serial triggering, decode and search options for I2C, SPI, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, RS232/422/485/UART, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, I2S/LJ/ RJ/T DM, USB, Ethernet.
