The MDO3104+MDO3BND+MDO3AFG+MDO3SA from Tektronix is a MDO3000 series mixed domain oscilloscope with 4 analogue channels and 1GHz bandwidth. It has integrated arbitrary function generator and integrated spectrum analyzer. The oscilloscope is customizable and fully upgradeable 6-in-1 integrated oscilloscope that includes an integrated spectrum analyzer, arbitrary function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer and digital voltmeter / frequency counter. The built-in spectrum analyser helps you track down EMI sources in your system and check wireless communications. Many of the features are upgradeable.
