S25FL032P0XMFI011

The S25FL032P0XMFI011 is a 32Mbit CMOS flash memory with SPI multi I/O bus in 8 pin SOIC package. The device consists of 64 uniform 64KB sectors with the two (top or bottom) 64KB sectors further split up into thirty two 4KB sub sectors. The S25FL032P0XMFI011 is fully backward compatible with S25FL032A device. The device accepts data written to SI (serial input) and outputs data on SO (serial output). It is designed to be programmed in-system with standard system 3V VCC supply. The memory can be programmed 1 to 256bytes at a time using page program command. It supports sector erase and bulk erase commands. The device requires only 3V power supply (2.7V to 3.6V) for both read and write functions. Internally generated and regulated voltages are provided for the program operations.
