The PGA970EVM from Texas Instruments is a PGA970 LVDT sensor signal conditioner evaluation module. The PGA970EVM is an evaluation board for testing the PGA970 device. PGA970 device is a highly integrated system-on-chip LVDT sensor-signal conditioner with advanced signal-processing capabilities. It contains a three-channel, low-noise, programmable-gain, analogue front end that allows direct connection to the sense element, followed by three independent 24bit delta-sigma ADCs. This EVM provides connections for interfacing with all standard LVDT types. The EVM also includes circuitry for OWI communication, as well as the USB2ANY card for communication with the PGA970EVM.
