ADS9120EVM-PDK

The ADS9120EVM-PDK from Texas Instruments is an ADS9120 SAR ADC evaluation module. The ADS9120-PDK is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS9120 Successive Approximation Register Analogue to Digital Converter (SAR ADC). The evaluation kit includes the ADS9120EVM board, the PHI controller board and accompanying computer software that enables the user to communicate with the ADC over Universal Serial Bus (USB), capture data and perform data analysis. The ADS9120EVM board includes the ADS9120 SAR ADC, all the peripheral analogue circuits and components required to extract optimum performance from the ADC. Software suite includes graphical tools for multichannel data capture, output code histogram generation and FFT analysis, as well as provision for exporting data to text file for post processing.
