The SN65HVD1050AQDRQ1 is an automotive catalogue EMC optimized high-speed CAN Transceiver provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to a CAN controller at signalling rates up to 1Mbps. Designed for operation is especially harsh environments, the SN65HVD1050A features cross-wire, over-voltage and loss of ground protection, over-temperature protection, a common-mode range and withstands voltage transients according to ISO 7637.
