TPS92660EVM

The TPS92660EVM is an evaluation module for TPS92660 two output LED driver with one time programmable ROM and I2C interface for LED current trim. One output of the TPS92660 is a non synchronous buck controller which is used to regulate current of higher power white LEDs. The other output of the device is a linear regulator controller which is used to regulate current of lower power red LEDs. The evaluation module consists of one non synchronous constant current buck converter with input voltage up to 80Vdc and one constant current linear regulator with input voltage up to 60Vdc. The buck converter uses the constant ontime control scheme to control the average LED current. The linear regulator regulates the LED current by adjusting the drain to source voltage drop across a MOSFET. Both LED currents can be trimmed by the I2C interface. LED current PWM dimming is achieved by applying analog voltage or PWM signal on the SADJ and LADJ pins.
