TPA3132D2EVM

The TPA3132D2EVM is an evaluation module for the evaluation of TPA3132D2 class D speaker amplifier IC for driving speakers with output power of 2x25W into 8ohm. The TPA3132D2 operates heat sink free with cooling to the PCB through the PowerPAD package. The TPA3132 has an advanced oscillator/PLL circuit which employs a multiple switching frequency option to avoid AM interference. A master/slave option makes it possible to synchronize multiple devices. The TPA3132D2 is fully protected against faults with short circuit protection and thermal protection as well as overvoltage, under voltage and DC protection. Faults are reported back to the processor to prevent devices from being damaged during overload conditions.
