EVAL-CN0325-SDPZ

The EVAL-CN0325-SDPZ is an circuit evaluation board that provides two, 16bit, fully isolated, universal analog input channels. These channels are suitable for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control system (DCS) modules. The circuit evaluation board comprises of AD7795 16bit sigma delta ADC, AD8226 instrumentation amplifier, ADT7310 digital temperature sensor, ADP2441 step down DC to DC regulator, ADR441 voltage reference, ADP1720 linear regulator and ADuM3471 quad isolator. Both channels of evaluation board are software programmable and support a number of voltage, current ranges and thermocouple, RTD types. Thermocouple and RTD inputs all share the same 4 terminals, thus minimizing the number of terminal pins required. For the 6 pin terminal block channel the voltage and current inputs share a set of 3 terminal and the thermocouple and RTD inputs share another set of 3 terminals, this requires more terminals but has a lower part count and component cost.
