ADZS-WVGALCD-EX3

The ADZS-WVGALCD-EX3 is a WVGA/LCD extender board for EI3 Interface. It is a separately sold daughter board that plugs onto the expansion interface 3 (EI3) of an EZ-KIT Lite/EZ-Board evaluation system. This board provides a platform for evaluating a landscape LCD, capacitive touch controller and digital accelerometer using embedded processor evaluation boards. The extender board aids the design and prototyping phases of embedded processor targeted applications. The board extends the capabilities of the evaluation system by providing a connection between the parallel peripheral interface (PPI) of the processor and on board 4.1 inch liquid crystal display (LCD). The serial peripheral interface (SPI) and two wire interface (TWI) of the processor are used to communicate with the LCD, AD7879 touch screen controller, AD7147 capacitive touch controller, and ADXL345 digital accelerometer on the extender.
