EN6347QI-E is an evaluation board for EN6347QI, 4A high efficiency DC to DC buck converter with integrated inductor which represents another innovation in low power switching converters, setting a new benchmark in power density of 113W/in2. The total solution footprint is only 75mm2. A complete power system on a chip (PowerSoC), the EN6347QI integrates power switches, inductor, gate drive, controller and loop compensation in a tiny 4mm x 7mm package. The small footprint also enables the use of this part where space is at a premium.
