The MGA-31189-BLKG is a 0.25W MMIC high gain Driver Amplifier serves applications from 50MHz to 2.0GHz. It is one of the Avago gain blocks family that feature high linearity, excellent gain flatness and low power dissipation. MGA-31189 is a 0.25W gain blocks solution that is optimized for frequency and delivers superior RF performance. A common footprint and PCB layout allows a single design to support multiple frequencies and geographic markets with a choice of output power. The devices also feature high gain which can reduce the total number of RF stages needed. With high IP3, low noise figure and wideband operation, the MGA-31189 can be utilized as a driver amplifier in the transmit chain and as a second stage LNA in the receive chain. This device uses Avago Technologies proprietary 0.25µm GaAs Enhancement mode PHEMT process.
