A cost effective UV exposure unit for use with photoresist boards, artwork drafting film and other transparencies. The UV tube is positioned under the glass plate in the base so that the artwork and photosensitive material is placed face down onto the exposure areas and secured by hinged lids containing pressure pads. It is fitted with a mechanical exposure timer that will automatically switch the unit ON when turned and OFF after the preset time has elapsed. The heavy duty case is covered with a durable, black rexine coating and has an integral carrying handle. The unit is mains powered via an IEC connection and lead with fitted 13A plug.
